Farewell tea party for two resigning staffs

Tuesday, October 31, 2006: The administration yesterday gave a farewell tea party to Mrs. Tseten Palkey, Chief Accountant and Mr. Tsering Choedup, Newletter & Website Editor-cum-Project Officer. They both are administration staff and served the for more than 10 years.

This is the first farewell party given to staff resigning from the . The Administrative Committee having realised the importance of such valediction function, decided to throw this party for all the senoir staff resigning in the future.

The Director Dr. Dawa in his final words of advice reminded Mrs. Tseten Palkey and Mr. Tsering Choedup the importance of keeping alive the identity of Tibetaness and possibly to think on wider issues in contributingfor the cause of Tibet. He also hoped that the two retiring staff will surely act as ambassadors for Men-Tsee-Khang wherever they go.

All the administration staff attended this farewell party. The two retiring staff also thanked the administration for their kind thought for party and assured to keep in contact with Men-Tsee-Khang in whatever ways they can.
